The K9 Psychology Center is owned and operated by David Frensley.

David has been handling and training dogs for over two decades.

David specializes in rehabilitating dogs with behavior problems such as aggression, pulling when on a leash, excessive digging or barking, jumping on people, separation anxiety and dogs with house or crate training issues.
